Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Intelligent Equipment to lead the integration of core analytics into agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the intelligent equipment strategy and deploy digital infrastructure on machines
• Translate plant-level data into equipment-ready applications and design integration pathways
• Lead collaborations with global equipment manufacturers and manage proof-of-concepts for product integrations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ag equipment, robotics, ag-tech, or OEM partnerships
• Proven track record of leading complex partnerships and joint development agreements
• Familiarity with sensing, automation, and control systems for agricultural operations
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and commercial contexts
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth environments
