Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals with addiction and substance-related health conditions
• Complete documentation to support professional billing and educate patients regarding illness and treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to administer comprehensive care and conduct patient follow-up visits

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license as a nurse practitioner in the applicable state
• Experience in providing addiction medicine services for complex populations
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority where applicable
• Ability to work with diverse care teams in various settings
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records and effective time management
