Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists delivering teletherapy services
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards among supervisees
• Collaborate with care teams to create holistic support systems for students

Required Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Virginia as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a fully licensed clinician
• Completed supervision training
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
