Voice Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets related to break/fix issues and handle minor configuration changes
• Coordinate vendor support for complex technical issues and provide expert-level guidance for system implementations
• Support new project development, including systems analysis, planning, and implementation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of IT support experience; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• ITIL Foundations certification is required
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Experience with Genesys and Nice systems; knowledge of Aspect and Korbyt is preferred
