Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships to secure long-term client partnerships
- Build and manage a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods
- Identify high-value opportunities and decision-making personas to qualify leads effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B sales cycle role preferred
- Familiarity with defined contribution and defined benefits retirement plans and relevant ERISA regulations
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software
- Experience with sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- ASPPA QPFC, QPFA, or QKA designation is a plus
