VP of AI Practice

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, AI Practice to define and execute its strategy for artificial intelligence and machine learning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-value client problems in AI/ML and develop a roadmap for offerings
• Create services in areas such as LLM integration, custom model training, and AI strategy consulting
• Lead market engagements to validate offerings and collaborate with Sales and Practice Operations teams for scaling adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in Technology Services/Product, with 10+ years in AI/ML
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI governance
• Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML Ops tools
• P&L ownership experience in a technology services context
