Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist to file warranty submission packets for dealer clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client invoices and prepare submissions to automotive manufacturers
  • Develop understanding of reports to identify submission opportunities for clients
  • Follow defined processes and maintain effective communication with dealership management
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in auto dealership, service department, warranty claims/admin, or automotive industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with various software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to strict timelines and goal-oriented work methodology
  • Knowledge of Google tools is preferred
