Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client invoices and prepare submissions to automotive manufacturers
- Develop understanding of reports to identify submission opportunities for clients
- Follow defined processes and maintain effective communication with dealership management
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in auto dealership, service department, warranty claims/admin, or automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with various software applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Adherence to strict timelines and goal-oriented work methodology
- Knowledge of Google tools is preferred
