Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience driving business value through highly technical solutions
• Proven experience in technical team leadership, preferably in enterprise AI solution development
• High proficiency in AI technology concepts such as generative AI and workflow automation
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines
• Hands-on expertise in AI engineering and solution design
