A company is looking for a Procurement Attorney (Part-Time Contract Basis).
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of procurement-related contracts
- Advise internal stakeholders on procurement strategies and compliance
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams to support organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- At least 5 years of legal experience focused on procurement and vendor agreements
- Familiarity with supply chain and procurement practices in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Availability to work onsite at the client's downtown Seattle office 1 or 2 times a week preferred
