A company is looking for a Medicaid Trainer to join their Training team supporting the state's Medicaid program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions across virtual, classroom, and on-the-job settings
- Facilitate training aligned with Wisconsin Medicaid program requirements and policies
- Assess training effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, or in a similar L&D role
- Proficiency with training technologies and virtual learning platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods
- Experience in system implementations or training transformation initiatives
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
