Online Adjunct Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Adjunct Instructor in Environmental Art and Biophilic Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement in 5-week undergraduate-level courses in environmental art and biophilic design
• Teach courses asynchronously with an average of 20 students per course
• Provide timely feedback and engage in Discussion Board tasks while being responsive to students

Required Qualifications

• Terminal degree (e.g. PhD or MFA) in a relevant discipline or a master's degree with significant professional experience
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the institution
• Experience teaching adult learners and/or in an online context is preferred
