A company is looking for a Workday HCM/Payroll Consultant to provide expert guidance for a 27 biweekly pay periods implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the strategic and operational impacts of a 27-pay-period year
- Share best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations
- Collaborate with the client's internal team for configuration, testing, and go-live in Workday
Required Qualifications
- Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Benefits certification(s)
- Proven experience consulting on 27-pay-period years for bi-weekly payrolls
- Strong knowledge of design-to-implementation payroll processes in Workday
- Experience with large enterprise environments is preferred
- Prior client-facing consulting experience
