Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planning & Scheduling Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design shift schedules and crew rotations to maximize productivity while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Develop optimization models for mortgage and call center workflows, considering various constraints
• Create predictive models for staffing needs based on loan volume forecasts and historical trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in workforce optimization or crew scheduling in complex environments
• Fluency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation
• Hands-on experience with optimization solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, or Google OR-Tools
• Strong proficiency in scheduling algorithms and workforce management systems
