Job Summary

A company is looking for a YouTube Producer & Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production of 100 high-quality educational YouTube videos per month
• Coordinate with creators to refine video titles, scripts, recordings, and edits
• Hire and manage scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and editors while overseeing the entire production schedule

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a producer or editor of educational talking-head videos
• Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, trends, and content creation
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and manage content creation
• Detail-oriented and able to manage complex video production operations
• Able to work 40+ hours per week in a high-pressure environment
