Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production of 100 educational YouTube videos per month
• Coordinate with creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, and edits
• Hire and manage scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and video editors, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a producer or editor of educational talking-head videos
• Deep understanding of the YouTube platform and current trends
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn AI scriptwriting
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex video production operations
• Able to work 40+ hours per week in a high-pressure environment
