Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academy Support Advisor to assist students and families throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, families, and partnering schools
  • Proactively engage with clients regarding program participation and student outcomes
  • Manage onboarding and training processes for clients and ensure all documentation is complete for admissions and enrollment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in education or with middle and high school students, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience working with at-risk students is preferred
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 14 days of hire
  • Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
