Job Summary
A company is looking for an Academy Support Advisor to assist students and families throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, families, and partnering schools
- Proactively engage with clients regarding program participation and student outcomes
- Manage onboarding and training processes for clients and ensure all documentation is complete for admissions and enrollment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in education or with middle and high school students, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working with at-risk students is preferred
- Ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willingness to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 14 days of hire
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
