Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Outsourced Accounting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated client service and coordinated support in general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, payroll processing, and tax reporting
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end trial balance closings and preparation of financial statements
• Offer QuickBooks consulting and accounting system design support, both on-site and remotely

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
