A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a growing nonprofit organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including negotiation, review, administration, and closure
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition processes and government contracting regulations
- Prepare and support responses to government Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management and procurement
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal contracting regulations and acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and Adobe; Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus
- Familiarity with insurance and risk management principles
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
