Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Liabilities Manager to oversee financial reporting and manage accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and general ledger activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Oversee global accounts payable functions, including vendor relations and dispute resolution
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely financial statement preparation and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in accounts payable management or related fields, preferably in AgTech, FinTech, or high-growth startups
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting related to accounts payable and liabilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills required
• Transactional accounts payable and general ledger background
