Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll
- Maintain and audit payroll information, including updates to records and data entries
- Prepare payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of payroll functions and multi-state payroll tax regulations
- Experience with a ledger system, preferably Sage Intacct
- Strong knowledge of general accounting and accounts reconciliation
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in Workday HRIS and advanced Excel skills
