Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Denials Representative who must have experience with denials, follow-up, billing, and healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated account and payer disputes, including complex edits and appeals
• Manage advanced account activities such as lien adjudication, settlement requests, and fraud cases
• Identify payer and system issues to initiate process improvements and attend meetings with payer representatives

• Proficient in Accounts Receivable Representative 1 responsibilities
• Experience in handling complex edits and advanced level work queues
• Knowledge of healthcare liens, settlement requests, and risk management
• Ability to collaborate and problem-solve with payer representatives
• Experience in appeals and managing escalated account activities
