Patient Accounts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Specialist to support its Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review billing statements and generate Patient Collection Reports for delinquent accounts
• Communicate with patients regarding overdue balances and payment arrangements
• Create and submit manufacturer co-payment claims and maintain relationships with Co-Pay Programs

Required Qualifications

• Infusion billing and collections experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Excel and Outlook experience required
• CPR+ system experience preferred
