Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations and accounting activities for assigned clients
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Manage yearly audits and the 990 process, and create new GL accounts as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
• Background in accounting, finance, or a related field required
• Experience with nonprofit accounting preferred
• CPA/CPA eligible or an MBA with a focus in Accounting
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and skills
