Key Responsibilities

• Oversees billing and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Coordinates billing procedures for third-party payers and maintains compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Supervises assigned personnel, providing direction, training, and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Healthcare industry
• Three to five years of experience in the Healthcare industry, including two years in third-party accounts receivable
• Two to three years of supervisory experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of third-party regulatory guidelines and coding
• Experience with electronic and paper remittance processes
