Accreditation Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Accreditation Specialist III, responsible for supporting accreditation processes and ensuring compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in accreditation standards and collaborate with business owners to address gaps
• Monitor and track deliverables related to the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards
• Prepare and review materials for submission to accrediting entities, facilitating ongoing analyses for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, arts, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Managed Care Organization or healthcare-related field
• Accreditation experience is required
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of IHI, DMAIC, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred
