Job Summary
A company is looking for an Acquisitions & Serials Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Order and receive library materials and supplies
- Pay and record invoices, and check in serials while claiming late issues
- Participate in library staffing rotations and assist with circulation desk coverage
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in a related position preferred
- Experience in higher education or theological education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work proficiently with library software and other office technology
- Demonstrated ability to minimize errors and complete tasks in a timely manner
