Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Health Specialist - Southern Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate residential provider agencies for members enrolled in Tailored Care Management
• Create and maintain resource tools for residential support and provider location
• Complete required documentation in a software platform according to timelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; preferred education is a High School Diploma
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with IDD, TBI, or MH/SU populations
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must reside in North Carolina for remote work eligibility
