A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant, Payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply client payments to the appropriate system and process daily transactions
- Verify and process Automatic Clearing House (ACH) transactions and prepare Excel reports
- Collaborate with Accounting and Funding departments and investigate unusual payment patterns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or accounting experience preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
