Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Organise and maintain company files, including contracts and essential documentation
- Support the onboarding process for new team members
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role preferred
- Previous experience working within the games industry preferred (not mandatory)
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
