Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
- Organize meetings by drafting agendas, booking venues, and arranging necessary equipment
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience or an advanced degree without experience
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with event planning and calendar management
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
