A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
  • Organize meetings by drafting agendas, booking venues, and arranging necessary equipment
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience or an advanced degree without experience
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
  • Experience with event planning and calendar management
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
