Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Services Administrative Assistant to support sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and maintain dealer information in operating systems
  • Conduct internet and mail list research to locate potential leads
  • Assist with scheduling follow-up tasks and maintain communication regarding dealer compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 1-year clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and email
  • Experience with Word Processing and Spreadsheet software
  • Ability to work one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 4 weeks
