A company is looking for a Dealer Services Administrative Assistant to support sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain dealer information in operating systems
- Conduct internet and mail list research to locate potential leads
- Assist with scheduling follow-up tasks and maintain communication regarding dealer compliance
Required Qualifications
- 1-year clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and email
- Experience with Word Processing and Spreadsheet software
- Ability to work one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 4 weeks
