Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Manager to drive AI adoption and integration into business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the rollout of the AI roadmap across all functions to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of department-specific AI agents
• Embed AI tools into workflows to simplify processes and enhance customer-centric activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation or AI initiatives, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in introducing and scaling AI tools across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of AI integration with enterprise systems and workflows
• Experience in change management and adoption programs for AI tools
