Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agents and workflows for strategic and compliance-driven tasks
• Implement modular prompt frameworks and integrate data sources into agent workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in applied NLP/AI development
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks
• 2+ years of workflow automation experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience embedding compliance and auditability into AI workflows
