AI Systems Debug Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Customer Engineering Systems Debug Leader/Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer debug engagements for end-to-end datacenter systems and platforms
• Collaborate with architects and validation experts to define and execute debug strategies
• Drive hands-on system and platform-level debug, including stress testing and root cause analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field; Master's Degree preferred
• 12+ years of applicable experience, with significant experience in GPU technologies and customer-facing roles
• Proven leadership in datacenter/platform debug within complex hardware/software systems
• Hands-on debug expertise across system architecture, firmware, hardware, and software
• Expert knowledge of X86 architecture, SoC design, and data center infrastructure
