AI-Powered Healthcare Platform

Designed and developed a comprehensive healthcare management system for mid-sized hospitals. The platform provides secure patient data storage, appointment scheduling, and doctor dashboards. An integrated AI/ML model predicts patient readmission risks based on historical health data, helping doctors take preventive actions. The system also includes HIPAA-compliant authentication, a React-based admin dashboard for hospital staff, and data visualization tools for tracking patient statistics in real time. The project was deployed with containerization (Docker) to ensure scalability and reliability in production.
