Description:
• Advise warfighters in effective execution of mission objectives through direction of airborne assets and coordination of ground/sea forces using advanced command and control systems
• Support USAF development and implementation of air battle plans in coordination with mission objectives
• Monitor and assess battlefield environments to adapt strategies real-time
• Identify capability gaps and develop C3I DOTMLPF-P requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise for Air Battle Management capability development, gap analysis, and experiment planning
• Provide doctrinal expertise across all C3I Warfighting Functions
• Maintain clear and concise communication with warfighters and stakeholders
• Support leadership in briefing/debriefing of objectives, strategies, and outcomes
• Research and incorporate data from military policy, campaign strategies, and war plans
• Analyze Command and Control mission task completion and achievement of objectives
Requirements:
• 20+ years of experience in U.S. military agency (military or civilian) in progressive command and staff positions
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Military Science)
• Significant experience in air operations, preferably in a command and control role
• Proven track record of successful mission management and execution
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in using command and control systems and avionics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI
