Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver projects
• Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-to-end (E2E) testing, identifying defects and coordinating resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, eliciting business requirements, and managing production defects
• Domain knowledge in Identity (authentication, authorization, access management) is highly desired
• Experience in defining and executing UAT/E2E test cases
• Ability to organize and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with stakeholders
