Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sustainability and making an environmental impact
- Experience in short and long-range planning and strategy
