Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Create systems and business process models to guide development teams
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor IT service levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience in business systems analysis
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Intermediate analytical and project management skills
