Placement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Placement Specialist to facilitate student placements in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with clinical sites for student rotations and present these to the Program Director for approval
• Develop leads and negotiate placement agreements with healthcare agencies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage relationships with existing clinical partners to ensure successful clinical experiences for students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in healthcare
• Solid knowledge of or experience in the healthcare field
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong presentation skills and ability to develop relationships both in-person and via phone
