Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor Application Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery for medium to large accounts, developing operational plans and resolving project-related issues
• Maintain client relationships by addressing application needs, ensuring contract compliance, and monitoring client satisfaction
• Interface with senior management and account teams to ensure integration of applications and identify solution opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Nine or more years of support services or project/program experience
• Experience in the technology industry
• Familiarity with company products and operating systems
• Experience with computer systems and their applications
• Healthcare claims processing experience is preferred
