Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in event management. 

Salary Range: $18.50 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events from concept to execution.
• Coordinate venue selection and arrange all necessary logistics.
• Manage event registration and maintain guest lists.
• Communicate with vendors to secure services, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare event schedules and ensure they are adhered to during the event.
• Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown after events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
