Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the marketing department’s initiatives, ensuring timely execution of marketing projects, coordinating internal communications, and helping streamline marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables

• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign outcomes

• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities

• Manage scheduling, deadlines, and budgets related to marketing projects

• Maintain updated documentation of marketing strategies and project files

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
