Analytical Sciences Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Analytical Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced and in-house research activities, providing technical guidance and oversight for drug development projects
• Lead analytical method development, validation, and stability testing activities at CDMOs and in-house
• Author and review technical reports and regulatory filings, while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or relevant field with 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with analytical technologies such as UHPLC, LC-MS, and GC-MS
• Experience in writing and reviewing product specifications and method validation reports
• Knowledge of ICH and regulatory guidelines, with experience in lab, GLP, and cGMP environments
• Demonstrated scientific excellence through publications and leadership in the scientific community
