Gen AI Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gen AI Researcher to advance technological innovation through research and development in natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research in NLP and develop advanced SLMs and LLMs for domain-specific applications
• Design, implement, and optimize language models while analyzing large datasets for training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into production and publish research findings

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, AI, or related field focused on NLP or ML
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and optimizing SLMs and LLMs
• Solid understanding of fine-tuning techniques and experience with Gen AI libraries/frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with NLP/ML frameworks
• At least 7 years of research experience in NLP, machine learning, or related fields
