Research Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Compliance Spec Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of Compliance Division accounts receivable
• Implement technology and workflow enhancements while performing quality assurance and risk assessments
• Prepare and report metrics, and engage in training and system testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business Administration or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting compliance audits
• Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN principles and Revenue Cycle processes
• Proficiency in MiChart, OnCore, Microsoft Office, and Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of third-party reimbursement policies and procedures
