Key Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate research activities, including experimental design, data collection, and analysis
• Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year with regulatory requirements or Good Laboratory Practices
• Certification and training guidelines for equipment and tests used in the laboratory
• Experience with laboratory safety standards and compliance
• Some supervisory experience preferred
