User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher to join its Research & Insights team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and execute user research studies throughout the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product roadmaps
• Create engaging reports and deliver research findings to enhance team understanding of user needs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in qualitative and/or quantitative user research
• Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Usability Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience planning and executing various research and usability testing activities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Clear understanding of different research methods and their application during product phases
