Analytical Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist (Analytical) to support the development and characterization of biotherapeutics in Wayne, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, validate, and perform analytical methods for biotherapeutic characterization in R&D and cGMP environments
• Conduct routine testing techniques including chromatographic analyses, ELISA/immunoassay analyses, and amino acid composition determination
• Review and analyze experimental data, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline required; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract research, academic, or pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques for protein/biotherapeutic characterization
• Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency with MS Office and lab instrumentation software
