Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on next-generation AI agents for workflow automation and decision-making
• Develop distributed systems and coordination frameworks for reliable agent operation
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements to guide product and research priorities

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning engineering, particularly in post-training and reinforcement learning
• Expertise in distributed training/inference frameworks (e.g., vLLM, Ray)
• Experience with deploying containerized systems at scale (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Track record of research contributions in machine learning or reinforcement learning
• Passion for advancing practical, agentic AI systems
